Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Most of our products are made to order and/or limited edition and will be shipped within 6 weeks of your order being placed if not before. See postage options at the point of placing an order.

Products in stock will be despatched within 3 days of you placing an order.

RETURNS

Refunds and exchanges can only be offered on items which are unworn and still have hygiene label intact in the case of knickers and swim briefs.

We process refunds within 10 working days of receiving them and will keep you up to date via email. Products must be uworn, with labels intact.

For items in stock we will process exchanges within 10 working days of receiving the returned product.

Since our products are made to order and/or limited edition, we cannot guarantee that an exchange product in an alternative size/colour/style will be available, but we will be happy to process an order for an alternative product as part of a future production run, but cannot always guarantee a timescale. In these instances, we will always be able to offer a refund.

You will not be charged for postage if there is any fault in the product.

UK SHIPPING:

£5.99 standard delivery, (first class)
£7.50 guaranteed next day delivery

These costs are subject to change depending on carrier costs. We use Royal Mail as our chosen carrier. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know your parcel it is on its way and any tracking number if relevant.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not yet shop internationally but due to demand we are planning to do so in the near future and will update these details when appropriate. Shipping costs calculated at checkout. Taxes and duties included ARE included in shipping cost you will not be asked to pay any additional customs/ duties fees.
