SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping
Most of our products are made to order or limited edition and will be shipped within 6 weeks, if not sooner. Products that are in stock are dispatched within 3 working days.
International Shipping
We offer shipping to an increasing number of destinations. At the check out please type in your location to see shipping options.
We ship DDP (delivered duties paid). This means all taxes and duties are included — you will not need to pay additional customs fees at the point of delivery. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you’re not completely happy, neither are we!
If you would like to try another size or are not completely happy with the fit, we warmly welcome returns and exchanges to help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported in your UNOBRA.
Finding the perfect fit can take time. If you need fitting advice, please contact us at katy@unobra.co.uk otherwise, please fill in the returns form that was packed with your order and advise whether you would like a refund or exchange.
We will send out exchanges without charging for postage for all first time customers. We are passionate about making sure you get the best fit!
Domestic Returns & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have hygiene labels intact (for knickers, swimwear, and similar items).
Refunds: Processed within 10 working days after we receive your returned items.
Exchanges: If the item is in stock, exchanges are processed within 10 working days.
For made-to-order or limited edition items, an exchange in a different size, colour, or style may not be immediately available. In such cases, we can process an order for an alternative item in a future production run or provide a full refund.
You will not be charged for postage if there is any fault in the product.
HOW TO RETURN
Include a completed returns form inside your package.
Return items unworn, unwashed, and with labels intact in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of the replacement.

To avoid extra charges or double taxation, please follow these steps carefully:
Organise your return shipment with your preferred carrier.
Complete the shipping/customs form exactly as follows:
Sender: Your name & address

Description of contents: “Returned/Exchanged product – value £0 – Return to sender”
Value: 0 / “Zero value – Returned goods”
Category of item: Tick “Returned goods”
Include a completed returns form inside your package.
Keep a copy or screenshot of your shipping label and completed customs form for your records.
